Oh. My. God.
Today I made grilled quesadillas for the first time ever. Grilled Chicken Quesadillas to be exact. They were INCREDIBLE. Let the photos speak for themselves.

I'm trying to find a current e-mail address for Kingsley McLaren. Does anyone out there have it? I was conductor of the SD Master Chorale and he was Executive Director. I have lost track of him since I left San Diego.
